Fund Operations Specialist – Fixed Income & Multi-AssetAbout UsAt Fundtec, we are committed to delivering excellence in fund administration and investment operations. Our dynamic and growing team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fund Operations Specialist who will be instrumental in managing post-trade activities and ensuring operational accuracy across a range of asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Alternatives.Key Responsibilities• Trade Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full trade lifecycle from execution to settlement across Fixed Income and other asset classes (Equities, Derivatives, FX, etc.)• Reconciliations: Perform daily cash and position reconciliations between internal systems, custodians, fund administrators, and prime brokers.• Settlement Monitoring: Monitor and resolve trade settlement issues across global markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.• Corporate Actions & Income Processing: Review and process corporate actions, dividends, and interest payments accurately and in a timely manner.• Reporting: Generate and validate reports, including P&L, exposure, compliance, and risk reports for internal stakeholders and clients.• System & Process Optimisation: Collaborate with technology and project teams to improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency.• Client Service: Liaise with portfolio managers, custodians, auditors, and external vendors to resolve queries and ensure smooth fund operations.• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls.Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or middle-office functions• Strong understanding of Fixed Income instruments (bonds, treasuries, structured products), Syndicated
