Implement conversation-aware Agentforce bots , enabling compliant, secure patient and customer interactions. Integrate external vector stores and AI models for smarter, context-rich Salesforce automations. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Partner with business leaders, commercial, and IT functions to align architecture with enterprise roadmaps. Mentor architects, developers, and administrators; build capabilities in AI-augmented Salesforce delivery .
