We’re building the next generation of flame-retardant, ballistic, and protective fabrics for defense, aerospace, and industrial applications — and we’re looking for a visionary Head of R&D to lead that mission.What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end innovation in technical textiles, from fiber selection to finished fabric.- Develop aramid, modacrylic, FR viscose, and hybrid blends for flame, heat, and ballistic protection.- Translate customer requirements, DRDO/ISRO specs, and ISO/ASTM standards into scalable solutions.- Oversee testing, certification, and commercialization of new product developments.- Collaborate with production, quality, and global partners to bring lab innovations to market.- Mentor a passionate team of R&D engineers and textile technologists.What We’re Looking For- B. Tech/M.
