We are seeking an HR Analyst to manage HR data, reporting, and analytics, focusing on people metrics and insights to support data-driven decisions. Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from systems like HRMS, payroll, and recruitment dashboards. Drive governance around AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and workforce planning. Provide insights to support workforce planning, PMS, and compensation analysis. Ensure data accuracy and assist in HR process audits. Support HR projects through data insights and trend analysis. Partner with HR and business teams on analytics-driven HR initiatives. 2–3 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or MIS. ~ Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and working knowledge of HRMS. ~ Good understanding of key HR metrics and reporting practices. ~ MBA in HR and Business Analytics; certification in HR Analytics or Power BI is a plus.
