Our learner success team plays a critical role in ensuring each student achieves their goals with confidence and clarity.We are looking for a Customer success intern who will be the friendly face and support system for learners after enrolment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build client relationship skills, operational experience, and product knowledge with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of cleanroom facility systems (HVAC, chillers, exhaust, compressed air, DI water, gas lines, etc.). Operate equipment and machinery in a controlled environment while wearing appropriate cleanroom gowns. Support installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Monitor building management systems (BMS) and environmental control systems for alarms or abnormal conditions. Monitor environmental conditions checklist (temperature, humidity, particle count) and report deviations every day. Document all procedures and processes accurately and timely in batch records or logs with check list. Handle and transport materials in compliance with contamination control guidelines Follow strict gowning protocols and adhere to hygiene and safety regulations Assist with cleanroom validations, equipment calibration, and inspections as needed Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors immediatelyRequirements: Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical equivalent is permitted Prior experience working in a cleanroom, laboratory, or controlled environment is a plus. 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation systems.Working Conditions: Requires working in a cleanroom with strict environmental controls. Frequent use of personal protective equipment (PPE). May involve shift work, including weekends or nights, depending on production needs.
