The Mental Health Associate will be responsible for supporting individuals experiencing mental health issues. Day-to-day tasks include providing counseling, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and working closely with other mental health professionals. The role also involves facilitating support groups and educational sessions to promote mental well-being within the community.QualificationsStrong background in Psychology and Behavioral HealthProficiency in Mental Health support and interventionsExcellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse teamRelevant certifications and a degree in Psychology, Social Work or related fieldExperience in community mental health settings is a plusEmpathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach
