This is your opportunity to work with advanced AI models, including Hugging Face, Crew AI, and Langchain, to deliver real impact in the adtech space.Your Contribution:We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to work with large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems to improve the way our platform personalizes and optimizes website experiences. You’ll work hands-on with the latest tools like Hugging Face, Crew AI, and Langchain to develop, fine-tune, and integrate LLM functionalities into our product. This role requires a deep understanding of how to optimize AI outputs and an enthusiasm for fine-tuning models to deliver superior user experiences.What You’ll Do:Develop and Optimize Prompts: Create and refine prompts for LLMs to improve output quality and ensure alignment with our use cases.Fine-Tune LLMs: Customize LLMs to better serve our product’s needs, ensuring they deliver tailored, context-specific responses.Build Web Services: Expose LLM functionalities as web services using Python and FastAPI for seamless integration into our platform.Collaborate on Integrations: Work closely with a small, passionate team to incorporate LLM and multi-agent capabilities into our product.Ensure Security and Best Practices: Maintain high standards of security and follow industry best practices for handling LLMs and AI-driven services.Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and maintain the highest levels of code quality.Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve issues related to LLM performance and web services.Contribute to Strategy: Play an active role in shaping our product roadmap and strategy, with a particular focus on leveraging LLMs and AI technologies.What We’re Looking For:Experience in a Startup Environment: Experience in fast-moving, dynamic startup settings where flexibility and ownership are key.Excellent Communication Skills: Essential for collaborating in a remote-first team.Proficiency in Python: A solid grasp of Python for AI development.Experience with FastAPI: Strong experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks for building and exposing APIs.Deep Knowledge of LLMs: A strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and the ability to fine-tune models to align with specific use cases.Familiarity with Machine Learning Concepts: A good grasp of key machine learning principles and techniques.Experience with Web Services and RESTful APIs: Proficiency in building and consuming web services.Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues independently.Nice to Have:CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.Knowledge of Other ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks.Experience with Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
