Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies with data-driven insights. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of Ad Tech concepts like attribution, tracking, supply optimization, and campaign performance. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Campaign Managers to deliver actionable insights that drive product innovation and improve campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (MMPs, DSPs, and SSPs) to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
•Provide actionable insights to improve product features and campaign performance.
•Evaluate and optimize attribution methodologies (deterministic and probabilistic) across platforms.
•Collaborate with the Product team to ensure accurate and efficient tracking mechanisms.
•Work with MMPs to understand attribution data and troubleshoot discrepancies.
•Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and retention.
•Develop models and dashboards to predict campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
•Take ownership of the technical integration process between clients, product, and engineering teams to facilitate campaign launches and ensure ongoing maintenance.
•Analyze supply-side data to identify high-performing inventory sources.
•Provide recommendations to enhance supply efficiency and quality for better campaign outcomes.
•Partner with Product Managers to define KPIs and success metrics for new features.
•Work with Engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and tracking systems are robust and scalable.
•Support the Sales and Marketing teams with data insights to drive customer success stories.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in data analysis within the Ad Tech or digital advertising industry.
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modelling.
•Familiarity with Linux, UNIX is preferred
•Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
•Deep understanding of Ad Tech concepts, including attribution models, tracking parameters, and programmatic advertising.
•Familiarity with MMPs (Apps Flyer, Adjust, or similar) and campaign management platforms.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
•Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., Big Query, AWS, or GCP).
Preferred Skills:
•Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
•Experience with Looker for creating dashboards and visualizing supply and campaign data.
•Prior experience in programmatic ad buying, app retargeting, or supply-side analysis.
