Facilities Management:Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs and improvements.2. Grievance Management:Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns related to facilities.Address grievances promptly and effectively, working with HR to resolve issues and enhance employee satisfaction.3. Seating Allocation:Manage seating arrangements and space utilization to optimize workflow and collaboration.Coordinate with departments to accommodate changes in team structure and project needs.4. Data Management:Maintain accurate records of facilities-related data, including maintenance schedules, inventory, and space utilization.Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.5. Events Coordination:Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical needs are met.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to create successful and engaging events.6. HR Coordination:Work closely with HR to support onboarding processes, including workspace setup and facilities orientation for new employees.Assist in developing policies related to facilities management and employee well-being
