Role Overview:
Artha Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Associate - Content Writing to lead and manage all aspects of written content for the group. This role demands a writer with strong financial acumen, experience in financial content creation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality written materials. The Associate will be responsible for managing the content writing process across various platforms, including newsletters, press releases, blogs, websites, investor communication, and email templates for key updates.
In addition to content creation, this individual will be expected to lead a small team of writers and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and quality across all written content. Reporting to senior leadership, the Associate will play a crucial role in shaping Artha Group’s voice within the venture capital and financial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Content Writing Efforts Across Divisions:
Oversee all written content for Artha Group, including newsletters, blog posts, investment announcements, press releases, website updates, and email templates.
• Develop and execute a content writing strategy aligned with Artha Group’s business objectives and communication goals.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality written content that reflects the brand’s voice and expertise in the venture capital and financial sectors.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging content for various stakeholders.
2. Financial Writing and Content Expertise:
• Lead the creation of high-level financial content, drawing on experience from financial newspapers, blogs, or other finance-related platforms.
• Craft detailed and accurate content for investor communications, including reports, updates, and announcements.
• Stay updated with trends and developments in the financial and venture capital industries to ensure content remains relevant and insightful.
3. Social Media and Branding Support:
• Write engaging and succinct social media copies to support Artha Group’s branding and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall branding and content strategies.
4. Email Templates and Updates:
• Prepare thorough and standardized email templates for key communications, such as investor updates, post-event summaries, and other routine business announcements.
• Ensure that all templates maintain clarity, professionalism, and consistency across the board.
5. Management and Leadership:
• Manage a team of content writers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of top-tier written materials.
• Oversee the content pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of all written assets while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, investment, and leadership teams to align content with broader business strategies and objectives.
• Support Artha Group’s PR efforts by preparing media materials such as press releases and announcements, ensuring the right messaging reaches external stakeholders.
• Contribute to content strategies for events, webinars, and investor-led initiatives by developing engaging and informative materials.
7. Quality Control and Attention to Detail:
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, particularly in financial writing, ensuring all content is fact-checked and adheres to industry best practices.
• Continuously review and refine content processes, ensuring efficiency and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Provide editorial oversight for the team, ensuring all content aligns with Artha Group’s brand guidelines and tone.
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of proven experience in financial writing, ideally within financial publications, blogs, or related platforms.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Experience in managing a team and leading content creation projects from ideation to execution.
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital content strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
• A proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Knowledge of venture capital or financial services sectors is a strong advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive annual salary of ₹21,00,000, with ₹18,00,000 paid monthly and a retention bonus of ₹3,00,000 paid at the end of the year.
