We specialize in utility-scale and C&I solar solutions with a strong focus on performance, compliance and timely execution.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in solar or related EPC industries. The role requires someone who understands how solar projects function end-to-end and can coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the central point of coordination between internal teams: Government Liasoning, Design, Procurement, Accounts and execution.Track and maintain project schedules, deliverables and milestones.Ensure timely updates and reporting to senior management on project progress.Follow up with respective departments for status updates, documentation, and approvals.Assist the project team in preparing MIS reports, trackers and dashboards.Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, consultants and government authorities) as needed.Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to management proactively.Support project managers in ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.Maintain organized records of project documents, approvals and communications.RequirementsBachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination in Solar.Good understanding of solar project lifecycle – from design to procurement, execution, and commissioning.Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); exposure to project management tools is an advantage.Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.What We OfferOpportunity to grow in a leading solar EPC company.Exposure to the end-to-end solar project lifecycle.Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities.
