Role Overview:
Zocket is seeking a visionary Head of Product who is obsessed with customers and will lead the development of its AI-powered marketing platform. In this role, you will understand customer pain points, use data-driven insights to ideate on product development, and create strategies to differentiate Zocket in a competitive market. You will drive customer-first innovation and ensure that everything we build delivers immense value to enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Zocket’s long-term goals and the needs of enterprise customers
Customer Obsession: Lead customer research, deeply understanding pain points and challenges faced by businesses. Ensure Zocket’s product is built with a relentless focus on customer needs and delivers solutions that create tangible value.
Competitive Differentiation: Analyze competitors and identify market opportunities differentiating Zocket, always with the customer at the center of decision-making.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team that shares the same customer-first mindset.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery, always prioritizing the customer’s voice.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use customer data and insights to make informed decisions, defining key product metrics and driving continuous improvement based on user feedback.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches that resonate with customers and solve real-world problems.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate the customer-centric product strategy, vision, and progress to internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners.
Innovation in AI and Automation: Drive innovation by leveraging generative AI and machine learning to create products that address customer pain points in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of customer obsession, with a focus on SaaS, digital marketing, orAI-driven platforms.
Experience conducting in-depth customer research and using those insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading product teams.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, automation tools, and digital marketing ecosystems (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapt to change, and navigate ambiguity.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with marketing or advertising or enterprise focused products is highly desirable.
