Role Overview We are seeking a creative and result-driven digital marketing fresher to help develop our online presence, attract patients to our platform, and grow our follower base on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to execute campaigns that engage audiences and drive traffic. Key Responsibilities Grow followers and engagement on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Linked In. Plan and execute creative digital marketing campaigns to attract potential patients. Create engaging content including reels, posters, ads, short videos, and infographics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Manage and optimize paid social media ads and track performance to ensure high ROI. Conduct market research to understand the audience, competitors, and emerging trends in the wellness and Ayurvedic space. Generate leads and drive traffic to our website (myayurhealth.com) through innovative strategies. Collaborate with designers, writers, and doctors to produce educational and promotional content that resonates with our audience. Regularly track performance metrics (followers, engagement, website visits) and create reports with actionable insights. Brainstorm and execute campaigns around health awareness, Ayurveda benefits, and wellness topics . Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and other interactive content to build a community. Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube). Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics). Creative thinking and ability to produce eye-catching visuals, reels, and ad creatives. Strong communication skills to craft engaging captions and content for a global audience. Familiarity with design tools like Canva (experience in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus). Ability to analyze data and implement growth strategies to increase engagement and leads. Knowledge or interest in healthcare, wellness , or Ayurveda . A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of projects. Preferred Qualities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Media , or related fields. Enthusiastic about building social media presence and driving growth. Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimization is a plus. Ability to identify audience needs and create tailored campaigns to attract patients.
