Senior Frontend Developer (React JS & React Native) Location: Experience: 6+ years

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Frontend Developer to spearhead the frontend development efforts for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will drive technical direction, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across all frontend technologies.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers.

Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.

Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks.

Architect and build responsive, high‑performance web and mobile applications.

Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.).

Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.

Quality & Performance

Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.

Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade‑offs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 6+ years of hands‑on frontend development experience.

proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Strong command over React and React Native is a must.

Working knowledge of Angular , Vue , Flutter , or Ionic is a plus.

Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).

Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest , Cypress , or Detox .

Play a key role in shaping our frontend engineering culture and roadmap.
