Job Title: Senior Product Manager - PLM (ARAS Platform Expertise)
Job Description:
Are you an experienced professional with over 12 years of expertise in product management and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions? Join our team as a Senior Product Manager specializing in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions with expertise in the ARAS platform . This role demands strategic thinking, technical know-how, and strong leadership skills to manage diverse responsibilities, from project delivery to customer satisfaction and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Excellence
Take full responsibility for the delivery of projects and the team's output.
Ensure on-time delivery with high quality, zero escalations, and positive customer feedback.
Oversee the final delivery of code/packages for deployment.
Plan and manage scope, timeline, and budgeted effort effectively.
Control and manage project P&L (Profit & Loss).
Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
Maintain vigilance over scope control and alignment.
Plan comprehensive activities to complete projects satisfactorily as an SME.
Focus on delivering maximum business value to customers.
Support business development through proposal development, project estimation reviews, and resource planning.
Conduct business value demonstrations for sales, marketing, and potential leads.
Management and Leadership
Maximize team productivity through effective utilization and training.
Address skill gaps by planning necessary training for team members.
Obtain positive feedback and testimonials from customers.
Resolve initial project setup issues to prevent delays.
Communicate proactively regarding scope changes, delays, or anticipated problems.
Build strong governance and progress reporting mechanisms.
Maintain structured project/task planning and documentation.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
Drive account mining and business development.
Adhere to and manage project budgets, raising flags for anticipated deviations in advance.
Leadership and Team Building
Embrace and demonstrate organizational values (e.g., SteepGraph 5-DNA).
Lead and motivate the team, bringing out their best performance.
Foster leadership qualities in self and others.

Process and Quality Adherence
Ensure the use of correct templates and adherence to organizational processes.
Drive structured data management (JIRA, Git, OLM, etc.) within projects.
Define and implement quality processes for projects/products/tools.
Ensure timely invoicing and process adherence.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Project-Specific Skills:
Proven experience in product development as a Product Manager.
Expertise in product packaging and go-to-market strategy development.
