About Wildfit:
Wildfit is an exclusive Nutrition and Personal Training Studio dedicated to transforming lives through personalized fitness and nutrition programs. We are seeking passionate and certified Personal Trainers to join our team and help clients achieve their health and fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Training: Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions that motivate and empower clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Workout Plan Development: Create customized workout plans tailored to each client's individual needs, goals, and fitness levels.
- Client Education: Guide exercise techniques, fitness principles, and overall wellness, ensuring clients understand the importance of proper form and safety.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and assess client progress, making adjustments to workout plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement and success.
- Motivation & Support: Foster a positive and encouraging environment, motivating clients to push past their limits and stay committed to their fitness journeys.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive community for clients, sharing best practices and client success stories.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Personal Training from a reputable institute (e.g., K11, NASM, ACE, ISSA).
- Strong communication and motivational skills to effectively engage and inspire clients.
- Solid knowledge of exercise techniques , fitness principles, and nutritional guidelines.
- Proven ability to create personalized workout plans that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.
- Experience in fitness coaching or training is preferred, but not mandatory.
