Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to lead business change adoption efforts and drive communications for key organizational initiatives. This role requires a strong background in change management, business process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex business inputs into actionable strategies and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Business Change Management :
Develop and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Conduct change impact assessments and create adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Foster a change-oriented mindset and build organizational change management capabilities.
Business Process Optimization :
Define and optimize key business processes, especially in sales, across multiple domains.
Design and implement business models and IT solutions for streamlined workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement and Documentation :
Gather and analyze business inputs, transforming them into clear business models and documentation.
Present insights and recommendations to both executive and operational stakeholders.
Technical Guidance and Strategy :
Provide technical guidance to align business and IT functions with organizational goals.
Influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Communications and Coordination :
Create professional communication materials using Power Point, Excel, and Share Point.
Support late-stage project activities, including office hours, help chats, and war rooms.
Required skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business change management, process optimization or related roles.
• Prosci Certification
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Share Point.
• Exceptional organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand and operate in complex business and systems environments.
• Proven expertise in structured business process analysis and project management practices.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in preparing Change Impact Assessments and Change Briefs.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and frameworks.
