You'll work on diverse content formats including YouTube videos, social media content, and branded productions while maintaining our signature quality standards. This role is perfect for editors who thrive in focused, distraction-free environments and want to be part of our round-the-clock content creation machine.ResponsibilitiesEdit and deliver high-quality videos for various platforms during night shift hoursHandle both short-form and long-form content editing with quick turnaround timesApply advanced editing techniques, transitions, and effects to enhance storytellingCollaborate with day-shift teams through detailed handover processes and project documentationOptimize content for platform-specific requirements (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all contentMeet overnight deadlines to ensure content is ready for next-day deliveryProvide regular progress updates and maintain clear communication with production managersHandle urgent editing requests and last-minute client revisions during night hoursArchive and organize project files for seamless team collaborationQualifications & Required Skills2-4 years of professional video editing experience with strong technical foundationProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing softwareExperience with motion graphics, color correction, and audio enhancementStrong portfolio demonstrating editing skills across different content formatsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision during night hoursExcellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyUnderstanding of YouTube and social media content best practicesReliable internet connection and suitable home setup for night shift workFlexibility to occasionally coordinate with international clients in different time zonesStrong written communication skills for effective remote collaboration
