We combine advanced robotics simulation, GPU-accelerated motion planning, and AI-driven automation to help manufacturers design, validate, and deploy efficient production lines.The RoleWe're looking for a talented developer to join our core team and lead the development of our AI agent systems. You'll be building intelligent automation pipelines using LangGraph that power our production line planning platform bridging the gap between AI reasoning and real-world robotic execution.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and optimize LangGraph-based AI agent pipelines for manufacturing automation planningBuild multi-agent systems that orchestrate complex robotics workflowsIntegrate LLM capabilities with our simulation and motion planning infrastructureImplement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool integrationsDevelop evaluation frameworks and testing strategies for AI agent performanceCollaborate with robotics engineers to translate AI outputs into executable robot codeContribute to architecture decisions and help scale our AI infrastructureRequirements3+ years of software development experience (Python required)Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)Strong understanding of LLM integration patterns, prompting strategies, RAG, tool calling, structured outputsExperience with async programming and building production-grade Python applicationsFamiliarity with FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworksSolid understanding of software architecture patterns for AI systemsExperience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databasesAbility to write clean, testable, and well-documented codeStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills in EnglishNice to have:Experience with NVIDIA technologies (Isaac Sim, Omniverse, CUDA)Background in robotics, motion planning, or industrial automationFamiliarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool/server developmentExperience with graph-based workflows and state machine designKnowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Railway, Vercel)Experience with WebRTC or real-time streaming technologies
