Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be able to make EDR style foods, with upscale menu planning, food presentations and should know western dishes.
• HM graduate with 5 star experience – min 5 to 6 years, should have experience in Hotel Banquet kitchens.
• Abroad experience is welcome.
• Standalone specialty restaurant experience is welcome
• Should know Western, Mediterranean, Thai, Pan Asian culinary dishes ( at least any two cuisines )
• Should know Mono presentation of starters, salads
• Should have knowledge of Modern fusion cuisine

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a CDP or similar role in a Multi-cuisine restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian curries, bulk cooking techniques, and multi-cuisine expertise preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours and special events.
