Job Title: Project Engineer (Civil) – Construction/Project ManagementLocation: Gujarat (Preferred)Experience: 2-4 YearsJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in construction or project management. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior project managers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of industrial construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Support senior project managers by preparing reports, charts, and project documentation.Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines and perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules.Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation.Expedite and follow up on submissions, resolving bottlenecks proactively.Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager.Expedite resolutions for queries during the execution stage.Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master’s in Construction/Project Management (M.
