Conceptualisation & Design: Develop and execute visually stunning and effective designs for a wide range of marketing, communication, and product materials, including:
Social media graphics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Website banners, landing page elements, and digital ads.
Infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations.
Branding collateral (logos, style guides, templates) as needed.
Typography & Visual Aesthetics: Apply a solid understanding of typographic principles and a refined visual sense to all designs, ensuring clarity, impact, and brand consistency.
Brand Guardianship: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and effectively convey our brand message and values.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for professional-grade design work and leverage Canva for quick turnarounds, template creation, and collaborative projects.
Idea Generation: Actively contribute creative ideas for visual campaigns, content strategies, and design improvements. Adaptability & Collaboration: Work effectively in a dynamic startup environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, sales).
Research & Trends: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate our visual output.
