STYLI has quickly become a leading player in the e-commerce fashion space across the GCC - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait and in India.About the RoleAs a Product Analyst at Styli, you will be a key partner to Product Managers and Business Leaders, using data to guide product decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and improve customer experiences. You'll combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to influence how millions of users shop fashion online.Responsibilities
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and measure product performance.
• Analyze user journeys, funnels, and behaviours to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer strategic and operational business questions.
• Support experimentation (A/B tests, feature rollouts) with proper design, tracking, and insights.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Qualifications
• 2 years' experience in Product/Business Analytics or related role.
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• e-commerce or marketplace experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
