About Us: Multiplier AI is India's top healthcare AI firm going for an IPO. Our clientele includes Abbott, Cipla, Sun Pharma, Glenmark, and Galderma. This is a great role working closely with founders to build international pharma products.

Our AI-driven products help pharma companies optimize their operations, enhance decision-making, and drive growth.

Job Summary: We are seeking a high output multi tasking (Dev+ business analyst+ client updates) detail-oriented Senior Data developer who is hands on and can write code that automates large scraping with cleanup and product operations .

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client needs and product and be able to transform a data mining product to next level ai driven solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on multiple fast paced ai and data projects with the team (essential requirement)
  • High comfort with reviewing large volumes of data in excel and databases (essential requirement)
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and functional designs.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clarity of project goals and requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet the defined objectives.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support during system implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end users post-implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Bachelors in Computer Science with experience in web data mining and Healthcare related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, gap analysis, testing and product experience and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Basic Experience with Linkedin marketing is good to have.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
