Analog IC Design Engineer

We are a fast-paced startup focused on developing next-generation sensing platforms. You will spearhead the design, development and optimization of mixed-signal SoC whose AFE sits at the heart of our next-generation sensing platform. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, driving end-to-end analog circuit design. Lead the design, simulation, and validation of low power and high-performance AFE circuits for sensor interfacing and impedance measurement systems. Architect and implement mixed-signal systems, collaborating with digital and firmware teams for seamless integration. Set technical direction for a small analog team, review critical circuits and layouts, coach junior designers, and coordinate with test, packaging and applications groups to keep milestones on track. own technical risk registers and mitigation plans. B.Tech/M.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. ~2+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design. ~ At least one end-to-end AFE, data-converter, or precision-signal-chain tape-out where you held primary technical ownership. Familiarity with mixed-signal design and interfacing with microcontrollers. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and technical responsibility across the full product lifecycle. Experience with low-power design for battery-operated systems. Familiarity with regulatory standards for sensor-based systems and functional safety (e.g., EMI/EMC compliance, AEC-Q100, ASIL-B/D, IEC 60079-0 and IEC , ISO 61508 (which is similar to ASIL ISO 26262).
