Trainee Sales Development Representative (SDR)We’re looking for enthusiastic, fluent English speakers to join our team as Trainee Sales Development Representatives. Please submit your CV in English.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.- Use CRMs to track, manage and organize sales activities.- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.- Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.- Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Fluent English speaker- Recent university graduate or 1-2 years’ experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable talking to new people.- Motivated to learn and develop in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.- Organized, proactive and able to manage tasks and follow-ups efficiently.- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):- Familiarity with CRM systems- Interest in technology and innovation- Any prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
