JD:- Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Design EngineerLocation : Bangalore,EXP: 6 - 8 YearsKey Responsibilities / Functions:• Design and Develop Electrical panels, wiring schematics, and maintain present product designs thru Continuous Improvement, VAVE and conduct design-related testing and validation• On-time project delivery considering technical standards and quality• Technical deliveries including design data, calculations, drawings, etc.• PLC programming, program modifications, selection of various components in control panel• Human Machine Interface (HMI) application developmentRequired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)• Bachelor’s degree or M. Tech in Electrical engineering or mechatronics engineering or Instrumentation Engineering related technical majors• Experience with common PLC hardware including programming and control selection• Good hands-on experience in performing PLC and HMI programming for the water treatment product line• Understanding of electrical switch gears, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and protections of the control panel• Understanding and selection of Instrumentation such as flow, pressure and other analytical devices • Experience in testing, commissioning, and servicing of control panels.• Preparing system electrical connection load details, wiring connections, drawings.• Design and develop new products, maintain present product designs thru continuous improvement, VAVE and conduct design-related testing and validation• Preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs) for control panels• Fluent in design software such as E-Plan, Auto CAD Electrical, and/or Solid Works• Hands on experience in electrical design calculations• Ability to execute the given tasks within agreed time and with quality deliverables• Knowledge of various electrical safety standards used globally and experience in supporting agency certification against these standards.• Knowledge and experience of “technical writing” is an added advantageNote:- Kindly Apply relevant candidates.
