You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution across all departments during your shift while maintaining a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily cinema operations, including box office, concession, and floorEnsure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocolsHandle guest escalations promptly and professionallyMonitor staff performance and provide regular coachingSupport in planning rosters, managing inventory, and reporting daily salesEnsure timely opening and closing of the propertyLead by example and foster a positive team cultureQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in hospitality, QSR, or retailDegree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-driven environmentFamiliarity with POS systems, reporting tools, and basic operational metricsFlexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
