Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including services, consulting, marketing,licensing, non-disclosure and other commercial and technology related agreements; 2. Advise the Company on various issues including statutes, government regulations andcontractual obligations; 3. Draft and implement various terms and conditions, SOPs, policies, and processes; 4. Periodically preparing and updating the dashboard summary of the ongoing Contractsand status update and the way forward; 5. Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational andmanagement databases and securely maintained; 6. Monitor critical contract obligations to assess and consider for modification, close-out,extension, or renewals; 7. Work with external legal counsels, advisors on a need basis; 8. Build organization capability in the contract management team. This includes managingcontract life cycle- drafting, negotiating, and executing with relevant stakeholders; 9. Conduct legal workshops and make presentations to provide guidance and training onensuring legal compliance to various business functions; 10. Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers and vendors. Required skills, education and experience:1. LLB/ LLM degree from recognized university in India.2. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with an experience of 9-11 years.3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable command over English language.4. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.5. Ability to manage and communicate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
