Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives. 2. Manage and maintain a strong online presence across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube). 3. Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience. 4. Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) to optimize content and campaigns. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure consistent branding and messaging. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. 7. Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions. 8. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime. 9. Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. 10. Provide regular social media performance reports and insights to stakeholders. Requirements: 1. 8-10 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry. 2. Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. 3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and algorithm changes. 4. Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production. 5. Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. 6. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
