Job Opportunity: Senior Specialist - FP&A(Cost)Location: - GurugramExperience: 5–8 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesMajor Focus Areas:Cost | Revenue | P&L | Forecasting | Variance Analysis | Month-End Closing | Power BI- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP, specifically related to revenue and cost accounting.- Perform month-end close activities, including accruals and revenue/expense reclassifications.- Prepare detailed financial reports and graphical dashboards to support leadership insights and decisions.- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to analyze key changes and required adjustments.- Support Business Partners and Profitability teams by reviewing cost and revenue trends and identifying spend variances against plan.- Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting for senior management.- Provide accurate financial forecasts based on business trends and accounting principles.- Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function.- Utilize tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other analytical software for enhanced financial analysis.Experience & Skills Required- 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, or related functions.- Experience in a corporate finance environment is preferred.- Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software.- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, dashboards, automation).- Ability to create and present comprehensive financial reports and charts.- Power BI experience is a strong plus.Education- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.- MBA / Advanced Degree in Finance preferred.- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are an added advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or share their CV at
