Here are the responsibilities & required skills for Guidewire Billing Developer.

Configuration Development : Implement and customize Billing Center configurations, including billing rules, workflows, and business processes to meet specific business requirements.

Integration with External Systems : Develop and maintain integrations between Billing Center and external systems using Guidewire's GX Model, web services (SOAP/REST), and messaging frameworks.

Billing Plans and Rules : Configure and modify billing plans, installment setups, invoicing, and payment processing rules.

Customization using GOSU : Use the GOSU scripting language to customize Billing Center functionalities, create business logic, and extend product capabilities.

Data Model Configuration : Extend and modify Billing Center's data model, including entity enhancements, field additions, and database mappings.

UI Configuration : Customize the Billing Center user interface, including screens, widgets, and UI elements using Guidewire Studio.

Batch Process Development : Develop and maintain batch processes for billing jobs, invoice generation, and other recurring tasks.

Error Resolution and Debugging : Diagnose and resolve defects in Billing Center, including troubleshooting application errors, performance issues, and billing discrepancies.
