By creating the world’s most compact, interoperable, and cost-effective surgical robotics platform, Articulus aims to make cutting edge surgical care available to a broader range of healthcare providers, improving patient outcomes globally.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop clinical marketing strategies showcasing the benefits, applications, and advantages of Articulus Surgical’s robotic systems, with a focus on improving surgical outcomes.Pitch the product to surgeons and healthcare professionals, highlighting its clinical value, ease of use, and patient outcome improvements during demos, workshops, and meetings.Collaborate with R&D teams to understand product features and surgical use cases, translating this knowledge into clear marketing content for surgeons, administrators, and providers.Support product launches by executing targeted marketing campaigns that emphasize clinical advantages and patient outcome improvements.Engage with surgeons during trials and post-launch, gathering feedback to refine marketing strategies and optimize product pitches.Conduct initial sales and develop a strong sales team to enhance pitch strategies, ensuring messaging addresses surgeons' specific needs and pain points.Create tailored marketing materials (e.g., brochures, posts, presentations) to support sales teams in demonstrating the product’s clinical benefits to surgeons and healthcare teams.Requirements :Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, Medical Science, or a related field. A clinical background, such as medical technology or surgical experience, is highly desirable.1-3 years of experience in clinical marketing, and application engineering for medical devices, especially in surgical instruments or capital equipment.Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in multiple languages and prior experience communicating with healthcare practitioners and hospitals.Established marketing and sales networking in South India especially in Karnataka will be given preference.Strong knowledge of surgical equipment and instruments used in operating rooms (e.g. insufflators, cautery, harmonics, suction, irrigation, etc.) including the use, advantages, disadvantages, etc. of each.Knowledge of surgery and anatomy with some experience in surgical procedures especially minimal access surgery, laparoscopic surgery, etc.Experience with surgical robotics is a plus.
