KodNest is looking for a seasoned SEO Content Lead to join our team and help drive our digital growth. If you have a proven track record in SEO strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you As the SEO Content Lead, you’ll spearhead content initiatives to boost organic visibility, enhance search rankings, and expand our online presence in alignment with KodNest's vision of enabling learners and professionals to succeed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement data-driven content strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive traffic, and achieve business goals.
  • Content Audits : Analyze existing content, identify gaps, and ensure it aligns with SEO best practices and user intent.
  • On-Page SEO Management : Optimize on-page SEO elements, including keyword targeting, internal linking, and meta descriptions, to improve rankings and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams : Work alongside the technical SEO team to address issues affecting content visibility and resolve SEO-related challenges.
  • Team Management : Lead and guide content creators, editors, and freelancers in producing engaging, SEO-optimized content.
  • Content Review : Edit and enhance drafts for SEO optimization, user engagement, accuracy, and brand voice consistency.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track, analyze, and report on SEO content performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for growth.
  • KPI Management : Establish and monitor key performance indicators, such as organic traffic, engagement, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Stay Ahead : Keep up with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and innovative content strategies, incorporating these insights into KodNest's content strategy.
  • Training & Mentorship : Empower team members with training on SEO best practices and emerging strategies.
  • Project Management : Coordinate and prioritize content projects to meet deadlines, ensuring alignment with business goals.


Requirement :


Experience

  • Minimum of 4+ years in SEO and content management, ideally within the EdTech or a related industry.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Familiarity with basic technical SEO concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
