Envertiz Group is a business conglomerate with expertise spanning recruitment, study abroad services, education and training, FMCG etc. We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of innovative design work, a passion for visual storytelling, and a proven ability to translate brand identity and marketing objectives into effective, compelling visual solutions. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take ownership of key design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our brand’s visual presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design for Digital Campaigns : Lead the design of digital assets for a variety of marketing channels, including social media ads, email newsletters, website banners, digital display ads, and more.
- Branding & Consistency : Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligning designs with brand guidelines while adapting to various digital platforms.
- Visual Storytelling : Create visually engaging content that tells a compelling story, helping to communicate our marketing messages effectively across digital platforms.
- Campaign Collaboration : Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives and design creative assets that support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- A/B Testing : Collaborate with the team to design A/B test variations for digital ads, email campaigns, and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Analytics & Optimization : Use performance data and insights to inform design decisions and refine digital assets to improve engagement, CTR, and conversions.
- Trend Awareness : Stay current on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to your work.
