Sr Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.

Responsibilities

ü Possessing 6-9 years of overall experience, with a dedicated 6+ years in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner, specifically focused on the Adobe platform, with expertise in AEM as a cloud service.

ü Proficiency in AEM Out of the Box (OOTB) Components, drafting specifications for Custom AEM components, managing Workflows, Experience fragments, Content fragments, DAM, etc.

ü Capable of integrating with backend systems by translating wireframes and UX designs into quantifiable API requirements.

ü Skilled in utilizing diverse methodologies to gather business and functional requirements, and adept at breaking them down into manageable units for execution by the implementation team.

ü Independently capable of facilitating client workshops for requirement gathering and ensuring project deliverables.

ü Competent in leading business discussions and managing communication between Onshore and Offshore teams for seamless transition of business requirements.

ü Proficient in translating business requirements into Developer-Ready User Stories, employing prioritization techniques, and persuasively defining project deliverables to stakeholders.

ü Additional knowledge of AEM integration with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, etc., is advantageous.

ü Familiarity with the complete project lifecycle from Discovery to hyper care.

ü Experience in crafting user stories and conducting story grooming sessions for the implementation team.

ü Desirable understanding of SEO, Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) Standards, and Accessibility (A11Y) basics.

ü Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey messages concisely and effectively to stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in related industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
