The values that form our foundation are: Long-term thinking Should take the e2e ownership of product/feature right from design, code, deployment and adoption. Ensure quality at every level be it problem-solving, design, code or bug fixes. Lead the development of advanced CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment. Implement best practices, focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident response. Enhance Kubernetes-based platforms with complex networking and multi-cluster configurations. Build Resilient testing environments, and integrated canary releases, governance controls, and AI-powered tooling to accelerate software delivery and reduce operational complexity. Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to resolve complex system issues. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. ~6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure management specifically around platform engineering. ~ Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools in large-scale systems. ~ Good understanding of enterprise-level cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) ~ Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams. ~ Good coding skills in Python, Golang or Bash. ~ Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and advanced networking concepts. ~
