About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and data science, designing and deploying machine learning models that drive business insights and enhance user experiences. This role requires a passion for cutting-edge technologies and a deep understanding of machine learning systems' end-to-end lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model Development : Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for various use cases.
  • Data Pipeline Management : Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and transform data.
  • Model Deployment : Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor their performance over time.
  • Optimization : Enhance models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to define project goals.
  • Evaluation : Conduct experiments and use statistical methods to validate model accuracy and efficacy.
  • Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for models, workflows, and processes.
  • Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices.

Key Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience : Proven experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields (2+ years preferred).
  • Programming Skills : Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Mathematics : Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
  • Tools and Frameworks : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop), and version control systems (Git).
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into ML solutions.
  • Communication : Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
