As we grow further, we’re looking to build a team of creatives that can help grow the brand in terms of graphics, web and mobile products, and digital marketing. Our goal is to stand apart from typical finance companies and offer our customers not just great alpha returns, but also some of the most visually appealing graphics – whether that be through our company website, seasonal graphics or mailers. Position Overview : As one of the first hires to the new digital team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring that identity is consistently reflected across digital platforms, like our website or social media pages. You will work closely across the organization to create compelling graphics that resonate with our audience. Your day to day would involve developing original visuals that align with our brand identity and project requirements working on visuals to grow various social media accounts (our Linked In company page has more than 21 K followers and we aim to get all our other socials there) helping other teams across the organization to adhere to our brand guidelines with respect to internal / external presentations, press releases, etc collaborating with engineering and development teams for various in-progress projects. Key Responsibilities ● Develop original visuals that align with our brand identity and project requirements. ● Design high-quality web graphic assets, including banners, icons, infographics, and social media graphics. ● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (such as finance, products, operations, social media, human resources) to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions. ● Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to established guidelines. ● Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs. ● Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and engaging. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field. ● Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing brand and visual design. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. ● Mastery of tools like Adobe Illustrator for vector illustrations, Photoshop for photo editing, and In Design for layout design. ● Knowledge of color theory, typography, composition, and layout design. ● Ability to design web-specific and mobile-specific assets such as icons, banners, and infographics that are optimized for various digital platforms.
