Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and with a strong background in Reinforcement Learning to join our team.
This role involves performing cutting-edge research and developing innovative algorithms that improve assessment, forecasting, and recommendation systems using AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Development:
-Conduct cutting-edge research in AI, machine learning, and deep learning to develop novel algorithms and models. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the AI field.
Algorithm Design:
Design and implement AI algorithms that can be integrated into Kunato AI's products and services. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Data Analysis:
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and use these insights to guide the development of AI models. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and relevance.
Prototyping:
Develop prototypes to validate new ideas and concepts. Work iteratively to refine and improve models based on feedback and performance metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and UX design to integrate AI solutions into products. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Publications & Patents :
Contribute to the AI community by publishing research papers in top-tier conferences and journals. Work on securing intellectual property rights for innovations developed at ZZAZZ .
Mentorship:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI scientists and engineers. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in AI, NLP and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven expertise in building models for NLP applications such as text analysis, language generation, and sentiment analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning algorithms and their practical applications.
- Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and AI-driven forecasting methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
