For one of the Schools based at Bengaluru : The Head of School will be instrumental in shaping culture, systems, and standards of excellence during its formative years, ensuring that the school’s early momentum translates into lasting impact. This role calls for a visionary leader with the strategic insight and operational expertise to scale a new school responsibly while building its reputation for progressive, purpose-driven education. Driving academic and operational excellence. Building strong partnerships with parents, the community, and industry stakeholders. Positioning the school as a thought leader in innovation-focused education. Curriculum Leadership : Lead the implementation and ongoing refinement of the School curriculum based on our innovative framework. Ensure curriculum design reflects the latest educational research, caters to diverse learning styles, and prepares students for future challenges. Educational Excellence : Provide strategic direction and instructional leadership to promote high academic standards and effective teaching practices across all grade levels. Teacher Development: Foster a professional growth and collaboration culture to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports every student's academic, social, and emotional development. Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, and educational stakeholders to foster a supportive and enriching school community. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with school's academic goals and values. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day school operations, including budget management, facilities maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure efficient use of resources to support educational goals and enhance the overall school experience. Continuous Improvement: Lead ongoing evaluation and improvement initiatives to enhance curriculum effectiveness, teaching quality, and overall school performance. Stay abreast of educational trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement at the school. Implement outreach programs, promotional campaigns, and community engagement efforts to increase school visibility and enrollment. Analyze enrollment trends and adjust strategies to meet school admission targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and manage the school's online presence. Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field ~10+ years of leadership experience in reputed K–12 schools, with strong exposure to international curricula (IB, IGCSE, or equivalent). ~ Deep understanding of curriculum design, educational best practices, and innovative teaching methodologies. ~ Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse school community toward achieving shared goals. ~ Commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in education. Visionary leadership with a passion for education and a commitment to delivering exceptional learning experiences. Experience in managing educational budgets, resources, and operational logistics.
