If you’re someone who takes initiative, values continuous learning, and thrives in a collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipates in formulation and implementation of the philosophies and objectives of College of NursingCurriculum planning, developing and execution evaluation and curriculum revision.Select and organise learning experience which are in accordance with objectivesCollaborate with other faculty in course developmentPlan and execute the admission procedureOrienting the students to the new coursePlanning and implementation of academic and field experience with nursing service and allied groups.Participates in university, professional and community service activities.Scheduling and assisting in faculty development programsMaintains and uses adequate and accurate records pertaining to academics and studentsMeasure’s effectiveness of instruction by use of appropriate assessment strategies.Guides the students in conducting seminars, discussions, and presentations.Co- ordinates with external faculty for various courses as assigned.Performs as a guide in research project.Act as a mentor to colleaguesDaily reporting to Principal/Vice PrincipalReceiving regular feedback from the Junior faculty.Preparing academic checklist for monitoring and evaluationSupervision of demonstration and clinical supervision of the students.Regular assessment and evaluation of the studentsAbout CLPS Ri Di KRi Di K is a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), delivering cutting-edge end-to-end services across banking, wealth management, and e-commerce.
