As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business leadership team, driving people strategies that support business goals. You will work closely with managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture, enable talent development, and ensure seamless HR operations aligned with Brigade’s values and growth agenda. Business Partnership Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and workforce needs. Provide strategic HR insights and solutions to support business priorities. Drive organization design, manpower planning, and capability building initiatives. Talent & Performance Management Facilitate goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance review processes. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding HR Operations & Compliance Manage HR processes including confirmation, transfers, exits, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Provide data insights and dashboards for business reviews. Learning & Development Identify training needs in collaboration with business teams and L&D. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management. Analytical and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Experience ~ MBA / PGDM in Human Resources. ~15+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries. ~ Proven track record as an HRBP managing end-to-end people processes .
