We are a prominent global supplier headquartered in India, specializing in custom eco-friendly bags. With over 20 years of experience, we are recognized as a star export house, shipping over 10 million bags annually to more than 150 clients across the globe. Committed to sustainability and social responsibility, we adhere to global standards such as SEDEX 4 Pillar, Fairtrade, GOTS, and GRS.
We seek a dedicated Internal Auditor with a strong understanding of financial controls and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed CA Inter or an equivalent qualification.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Independently plan and execute internal audits adhering to Global Internal Audit.
- Conduct audits of business processes, financial transactions, and operational workflows.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide actionable recommendations to address identified internal control deficiencies and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support risk-based audit planning process.
- Perform process gap analysis to identify areas of risk or inefficiencies.
- Recommend and assist in implementing improvements for more efficient and effective operations.
- Conduct quality assessment reviews to ensure compliance with established guidelines and industry standards.
- Monitor adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze business process designs and evaluate the effectiveness of related controls.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with operational, financial, and compliance functions.
Qualifications:
- CA Inter or equivalent qualification (Fully qualified CAs are requested not to apply)
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in auditing.
- Strong expertise in risk management, internal controls, and business process analysis.
- Proficiency in identifying control deficiencies and providing practical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
