BMR established India's first Broodstock Multiplication Center in 2019 and is committed to quality, innovation, and a dedicated workforce.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Category Manager in the FMCG/ Sea food sector, located in Chennai. The Category Manager will oversee the product category to optimize sales and profitability, analyze market trends and consumer demands, manage procurement and supply chain logistics, and negotiate contracts with suppliers. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to develop strategies for product promotion and inventory management.QualificationsAny degreeExperience in Category Management and Procurement / exports and imports.Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market dataProficiency in Contract Negotiation and managing supplier relationships National / International levelSales experience, including developing strategies for product promotionExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldExperience in the FMCG / Retail / Sead food sector is a plus
