About the Company - ASBL is looking for a senior UI-UX Design Manager with experience 8+ years and have worked on the consumer facing industries and willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
About the Role - Must Have : Background of Good academics institute is a plus – NID, NITs, IITs or any other known design institute. Potential Companies Worked : Design Lab Tech Startups, Consumer Apps- CRED, Swiggy , Blinkit etc , SAAS platforms
Responsibilities
Lead the UI UX design process from concept to final product
Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive user experiences
Conduct user research and testing to gather insights
Create wireframes, mock-ups , and prototypes
Ensure design consistency and usability across all platforms
Think like consumer / stakeholder
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Proven experience as a UI UX Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Up-to-date with design trends and tools. Institutes like – NID, NIFT , NIT, IIT , IIIT
Skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma , MIRO
Experience with user research and usability testing
Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Experience - 8+ years
CTC - 20-25 LPA (Subject to current salary as well)
