We invite you to come and be part of our transformation as we transition our current offering into a world class platform that we will be architecting and building together.In Trace One we embrace agile principles and valu es with autonomous empowered teams, rapid release cycles and a continuous improvement mindset.Welcome and be part of a vibrant, competent, and dynamic multicultural team and begin an exciting career journey with the Trace One team.Hierarchy and interactionsReports to the Program ManagerTypically interacts with other teams including: Cloud Operations, Support, Product ManagementDegree of independenceIndividual contributorLocation: Chennai, IndiaMissionsCoordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-upsCoach and mentor team members in Agile frameworks and the use thereofFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationBe the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requestsResolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, supporting the teams in achieving sprint goalsCultivate a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams implement changes effectivelyGuide development teams to higher scrum maturityEncourage self-management and cross-functional collaboration within teams.Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on itPreparing and presenting status reports to stakeholdersRequirements and SkillsWorking knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.Familiarity with software developmentExcellent communication and servant leadership skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilityOutstanding organizational skillsStrong communication and presentation skills.Technical skills & qualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Business or similar fieldScrum master certification is a plus (CSM, PSM or similar)Azure DevOpsConfluenceExcelExperience3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
