Job role: SAP EHS Consultant

Location : 100% Remote work

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP EHS Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP EHS module. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP EHS functionalities, strong project management skills, and the ability to work with clients to streamline their environmental, health, and safety management processes.

Responsibilities:

SAP EHS Implementation and Configuration:

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EHS solutions, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, health, and safety standards.

Perform gap analysis and design the EHS solution based on client requirements.

Configure and customize SAP EHS modules, including Dangerous Goods Management (DGM), Product Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues related to SAP EHS functionalities.

Work closely with end-users to resolve issues, ensure smooth operations, and optimize the system performance.

Project Management:

Lead or support project teams in SAP EHS-related implementations and rollouts.

Provide training to internal teams and end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.

Participate in system upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing SAP modules.

Consulting and Documentation:

Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to clients regarding SAP EHS best practices.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, implementations, and customizations.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from various business units (such as EH&S, Compliance, Risk Management, and IT teams) to ensure the successful integration of SAP EHS into existing workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (7 years) as an SAP EHS Consultant

In-depth knowledge of SAP EHS modules, including Dangerous Goods Management, Environmental Management, Product Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety.

Strong understanding of relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations (local and global standards).

Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP WM) is a plus.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is desirable.

Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and migration is beneficial.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
