This role is our first Product Engineering hire in India , making it a foundational opportunity.About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial, full-stack Product Engineer who wants to build polished consumer-facing experiences end-to-end and grow into a leadership role in a fast-scaling startup.This role sits within Product Engineering — the team responsible for building, improving, and scaling the core Market Crunch AI product that users interact with daily.You will:Build core features for a global audienceOwn significant surfaces across web and mobileWork directly with founders on product directionSet the foundation for our India Product Engineering presenceWhat You’ll DoBuild Exceptional Consumer ExperiencesDevelop user-facing flows across React (web) and React Native / Flutter / Expo (mobile)Improve usability, speed, and polish of the existing Market Crunch AI appBuild the foundational architecture for the next-generation mobile experienceImplement dashboards, alerts, watchlists, and interactive stock visualizationsOwn Product Engineering End-to-EndTranslate product ideas into elegant, production-grade featuresIntegrate backend/ML outputs, APIs, and real-time data streamsBuild reusable components, scalable UI patterns, and intuitive interactionsDrive performance, reliability, and craftsmanship across the productShape the Future of Product Engineering in IndiaHelp establish India as a center of excellence for Product EngineeringInfluence technical direction, tooling, and best practicesGrow into a senior leadership role as the team expands over timeRequirementsBtech/Mtech in CS, EEE, ECE and related fields from Top Tier Universities3+ years of experience building production-grade consumer web/mobile productsStrong expertise in: React + Type Script/React Native / Flutter / Expo or similar frameworksTrack record of shipping polished consumer experiences end-to-endStrong design and UX instincts—attention to detail, motion, layout, clarityComfortable across frontend + light backend (Node.js or Python)High ownership, creative problem-solving, and entrepreneurial mindsetPassion for building fast, intuitive, world-class consumer productsPreferred QualificationsExperience in high-scale consumer domains (social, travel, gaming, content, etc.)Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, Next.js, or serverless architecturesExperience with visualizations (Recharts, D3, Victory)Exposure to fintech, trading, or real-time data interfacesWhat Makes This Role UniqueFirst Product Engineering hire in India → massive ownership + visibilityBuild the foundation for India’s Product Engineering center of excellenceShip high-impact features used by traders globallyWork directly with foundersCompetitive compensation + meaningful equityClear path to grow into India Product Engineering leadership
