LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Script Writer to join our global marketing team. As a key member of our Digital Studio, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and scripting a variety of video formats, including promotional videos, technical content, AVs, and more. Your scripts will play a crucial role in delivering our brand message and capturing the audience's attention.

You’ll spend your time:
Doing what comes naturally: Showcasing your ability to craft compelling scripts that flow effortlessly. The ability to think visual is equally important. After all, we’re looking for a natural, effortless storyteller.
Weaving tales of technology and experience: Creating engaging narratives that effectively communicate complex IT concepts in a way that is customer-centric and relatable.
Concepting and creating scripts for marketing videos alongside relevant visual referencing from image and video libraries and other sources to supplement the voiceover and supers as relevant.
Mining raw insights and turning them into verbal gold: Producing content that is fact-filled, interesting, and appealing to your target audience, substantiated with data and metrics.
Forging connections across teams & cultures: Collaborating with sales leaders, field marketers, subject matter experts, and fellow creative minds to uncover the best stories from across the organization.
Staying ahead of the curve: Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest copywriting techniques.
Measuring your impact: Defining parameters to analyze your content's performance, refining your content, and strategizing how to better drive marketing and business objectives.
Building character: Working with a global team presents challenges that are also opportunities for growth. You’ll need to be open to feedback, leverage your persuasive abilities, justify your decisions with sound rationale, and debunk myths and preconceived notions.
We're looking for someone with:
A mastery of words: Proven experience as a Senior Script Writer, or Wordsmith. A diverse portfolio across corporate videos, products, activations, TVCs, print, and radio across multiple industries is preferred.
A global sensibility: A strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to write for a global audience.
A keen eye for detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact.
A passion for technology: Curiosity about the latest innovations and a desire to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape.
A collaborative mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
